UX/UI · Product Design · Front-End
I design and build human-centered digital experiences — from early wireframes to shipped interfaces. Based in Salem, UT. Currently doing freelance design, 3D print production, and creative work.
About Me
I graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor's in Human Experience Design and Interaction and a Minor in Multimedia Development. My work lives at the intersection of user research, visual design, and front-end implementation — I care about both why something works and how it's built.
Most recently at Helperly, I designed and built the company's Webflow website from the ground up — information architecture, visual identity, and custom HTML/CSS — while producing branded print collateral and contributing to the company rebrand.
Currently doing independent work — running a 3D print design business, DJing private events and local venues, and continuing to develop original projects.
Capabilities
Selected Work
The existing USU dining application suffered from information gaps, a cluttered interface, and poor front-end performance. As team lead, I drove the full UX overhaul — rebuilding information architecture, streamlining navigation, and redesigning key screens in Figma.
Designed and built the company's Webflow website from scratch, then led the visual transition as the company rebranded from Helperly to The Grandkids — a Utah-based senior care platform. Handled IA, visual identity, custom HTML/CSS, and branded print collateral across both identities.
Developed and managed a first-of-its-kind therapeutic VR program for psychiatric inpatients using the HTC Vive — establishing full system infrastructure, staff onboarding, and ongoing patient experience iteration alongside clinical staff.
Creative Work
Visual storytelling through Adobe Photoshop — from conceptual ad campaigns to photo retouching and brand assets. These projects demonstrate compositional thinking and command of visual hierarchy.
Physical Prototyping
I operate a personal 3D printer with over 100 hours of active print time — spanning architectural models, functional products, and custom client pieces. This hands-on experience with physical prototyping directly informs how I think about design constraints, tolerances, and materials in digital product work.
I'm currently expanding into the full pipeline: designing original models in Blender, modifying geometry for printability, exporting as STL files, and running production prints for clients through my independent print business.
The discipline of 3D printing — where a design error costs hours of print time — has sharpened my attention to detail, iteration, and systems thinking.
